In particular, HomeFindsYou helps private home buyers who know what they are looking for and want to save time and money. It is also suitable for those who wish to receive offers directly from private sellers and thus be the first to see properties for sale in their desired area.
Real estate offers are available from private sellers, agents and new property developers.
Please describe your buying wish as precisely as possible, as this is how offers will be made. For example, if you specify that you want a bath in the bathroom, you will only receive offers that include a bath.
Once you’ve entered your preferences in the app and activated your listing, you’ll receive all the offers that match your preferences in real-time. You’ll be the first to see the property that has come up for sale, and you’ll be notified of each offer via the app.
A button next to each offer allows you to accept it. Once selected, we will send you the seller’s contact details, and the seller will also receive a notification with your contact details at that point. You can then arrange an inspection of the property.
You can pay for the service by credit card, which you enter in the box provided. No monthly fee will be automatically deducted unless you confirm it.
You can choose between three packages:
- €0 for the first month, additional services at extra cost.
- €29.99 monthly fee, some additional services at extra cost.
- €59.99 monthly fee, all the additional services are included.
You will receive a renewal notification requiring you to confirm your request. If you don’t, the advert will automatically become a free package for 30 days from the following month, after which it will be deleted unless you have chosen to renew.
Packages are 30 days, with the possibility of renewal by the month. If you don’t renew manually, the listing is deleted.
Your contact details will not be visible on your buyer listing. They will only be visible to the seller whose offer you accept. Your contact details will be sent to the seller at that point, and you will receive theirs.
You can deactivate and delete it using the button next to the buyer listing.
